Hello and welcome to HCM,
The stool analysis presence of few pus cells and few red blood cells.
Presence of few pus cells and red blood cells is within normal limits.
Presence of fat globules in stool sample could be due to fat malabsorption.
Vegetable cells in stools is normal finding in urine.
The symptoms of constipation and abdominal pain suggests gastrointestinal tract (GIT) pathology.
Include plenty of fluids and fiber rich foods in your diet.
Avoid refined foods in your diet.
Hair loss is a non-specific symptoms. It could be due to dandruff, weak hair etc.
Memory loss and headache are also very non-specific.
Memory loss could be age related or vascular related.
Headache can occur due to many reasons.
Trauma, cluster headache and migraine are common causes of headache.
Consult your primary healthcare providers for clinical assessment and further work up.
